This song was made way back in 2013. I remember listening to some songs in this album and it would get me thinking about life even though I was like 11. He is not as deep as J Cole or Joyner Lucas, he concentrates more on the beat or the flow of his songs. But even though he says a few deep lines in his verses, it got me thinking a lot about things. In this song he sings about people going through painfully rough events (like a mom losing her son or a daughter losing her mom to cancer) but there’s not much for others to do but it say “it’s going to be alright.” Even though it’s a lie, and they know it’s a lie but what else can they do for situations like that?
